Started using the Jiao Gu Lan --in the Panta Teapill form-- some 10+ years ago when they wanted to put me on Lipitor. My Triglycerides dropped 156 pts in first 60 days, and continue to be the lowest my doctor has seen in a person my age. My cholesterol is normal.
