Genes Vitamin E Cream

Who is the Genes Vitamin E Cream For?

The Genes Vitamin E Cream was designed specifically for those with extremely dry, irritated skin. Because of this, the ingredients list is loaded with nourishing oils, butters and safe synthetic ingredients to increase moisture. Because of this, it might prove to be too much for those with oily, sensitive or clog-prone skin types.

Conditioning Cream

The Genes Vitamin E Cream is designed to function as a rich cream for seriously dry, dehydrated or sensitive skin. When the skin comes up against stressors, whether it’s from sun damage, environmental factors or over exfoliation, the natural moisture barrier within the skin can become damaged. This can lead to dry, dehydrated skin, increased irritation and sensitivity, flaking, tightness and increased appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Our skin’s moisture barrier, when properly functioning, helps to prevent transepidermal water loss and retain the necessary moisture and hydration that our skin needs. Because of this, it’s vital that you take extra care to make sure your moisture barrier is performing optimally. But how can you be sure?

If you suspect that your skin barrier has been damaged or compromised, the first thing that you need to do is strip back your skincare routine to only include gentle cleansers and comforting moisturizers, which is exactly where the Genes Vitamin E Cream comes into play. This cream contains emollients as well as occlusives to help hydrate and moisturizer while also locking in that hydration with an occlusive. This will help to restore your skin’s moisture barrier, as well as soothe any irritation that has occurred during this time. The Genes Vitamin E Creme uses nourishing oils, shea butter and other moisturizing and hydrating agents to serve as an S.O.S. to your skin, making it an excellent addition to your routine whenever you need a pick me up.

Formula Focus

The formula behind the Genes Vitamin E Creme is incredibly rich, and in designed specifically for those with extremely dry, dehydrated and sensitive skin. Because of this, the formula for this product features incredibly dense oils, butters and other hydrators to boost the moisture levels in your skin.

The base of this products is a blend of water, safflower oil, glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate and vitamin E. Safflower oil is a great option for almost any skin type, as it is high in Linoleic acid and is unlikely to clog your pores. Glyceryl stearate and PEG-100 stearate serve as emollients and surfactants to make the product easier to work with and apply to the skin.

Following the base of this formula is a number of beneficial oils and butters which include sesame oil, mango seed oil, shea butter, sweet almond oil, macadamia nut oil and brazil nut oil. All of these offer some incredibly nourishing benefits and can be helpful for those who struggle with dry, parched, winter skin. But while these ingredients are fantastic, they can be a little bit difficult for some. Experiences with plant oils will vary the greatest from person to person, so what works for someone else may backfire completely on you. Some of these ingredients, like macadamia nut oil for example, have fairly high comedogenic ratings, so if you are prone to clogged pores, you may want to look some something a bit lighter.

How to Use

This product was designed to be used just about everywhere, whether you’re looking for a body lotion or a moisturizer. You can even use this as a spot treatment if you are prone to dry patches. The idea with this cream is too use as needed, so it can help with everything from flaking skin to contact dermatitis.

I love this product and have used it for years. Im very disappointed that it has become unavailable at Sam’s and apparently on line also. Has it been discontinued or can I expect to see it return in the future?

I bought this at Sam’s originally years ago. The truth is that I bought it because of the fact that it appeared to be a good deal. I have used it ever since. I work at home so I don’t have to wear makeup during the day. After washing my face in the morning, I slather this on and leave it. On days I go out and wear makeup, I just use a lighter coating under my makeup. You can’t argue with results: I am 68 and have a face that is virtually unlined.

I Bought this cream at Sam’s club . Tried it that night . When I woke up next morning , I could not believe it . My skin felt tighter and the dark spots seemed to be fading , I was talking to my daughter , who is in Germany , I told her I know this can’t be true . No way am I seeing results after just one use. So stay tuned for more information . I plan on using this product for another few days and I will definitely let you all know if it really works.

I have really bad psoriasis and overall really dry skin and Genes Vitamin E Creme really helps me with my condition by keeping it moisturize and by also helping my spots fade away, I never review anything but this has to be shared for people with my condition, I have used many other lotions for my Psoriasis but nothing came close compared to this, all other lotions would have me itchy and dry just hours later after applying it. As for Genes Vitamin E Creme I only put it on once a day on my whole body and my spots after I shower and it stays on for the whole day really locking in the moisture and helping my spots stay itch free and helping them fade the redness away. If you’re thinking of buying this lotion I highly recommended it hoping it helps you the same way its helped me. Hope someone reads this and it helps them in their journey,
